Our family home was in need of a new roof.
The estimate was by far the most thorough, with every detail worked out in writing. We got GAF brand roofing shingles. Many companies offer this brand, but since the estimate was so thorough we realized we needed more attic ventilation, so ridge vent was added (along with other vents).
Pricing by far was the most competitive out of the 5 estimates.
The installation only took days, not weeks. The crew showed up on time everyday, and they did not mess around. They did a great job cleaning up the yard from old roofing debris.
Also, we have a disabled family member, and he was thrilled to watch from below as the crew made quick work on our roof. One of the owners came by on his day off, to give him a free shirt!
